Filling ingredients:
1 ½ cups cocoa powder
1 ½ lbs sour cream
1 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons vanilla
6 tablespoons red food color
3 ½ tablespoons strawberry essence
4 eggs
Bake for 15 – 18 minutes.
