Whole Baked Fish

1 Whole Fish

1 Tablespoon Lime Juice

1 tablespoon Orange Juice

2oz Butter

1 Teaspoon Mayan Pepper

2 glove Garlic

Salt

Pepper

8oz Rice

8oz Pumpkin

2oz Onion

2oz Sweet Pepper

2oz Tomato

Directions:

Wash whole fish with lime or vinegar

Season with salt, pepper and garlic oil

Place parchment paper on plate

Layer fish, onion, tomato, sweet pepper on paper

Add orange juice, lime juice, Mayan pepper, butter, garlic then salt &pepper to taste

Wrap parchment paper

Place in oven safe dish bake for 30 minutes

Served with rice and mashed pumpkin
