The Radisson Fort George will launch its new menu on September 1, 2016, and we are very excited about what’s going to be in it! We’ve been preparing for this day and are happy with the results. Our lunch buffets will continue as usual, and the new menu items will bring more Belizean flavor to our dining tables. From flame grilled pork chops to cashew crusted fish catch of the day to grilled Caesar salad, you will be pleased with how local ingredients will be incorporated into the preparation of our new menu items.
In the next few weeks you will also get to see how to prepare some of these items as we present them on the Creative Caribbean Cooking Show. Yes, we love to prepare these delicious meals for you, but we also believe in sharing the recipes so you can try them at home for yourself and your family. We will publish a new recipe at 7:30 every Wednesday night on our blog.
