The St. George’s Restaurant at the Radisson is pleased to reintroduce our weekday buffets in addition to our Turkey & Ham Thursdays, and Mexican Fridays. Our lineup is now as follows:
Mondays – Belizean Lunch Buffet. An example of the Belizean lunch buffet is: potato salad, salad bar, habanero onion sauce, seafood fritters with yellow ginger dip, black beans and rice, Lan Chaa Caa (Mayan Fish), plantain chicken, ducunu, curry beef with okra, fried plantain, coconut tarts, cassava pudding, and fresh fruit platter.
Tuesdays – Italian Lunch Buffet. Example: Italian Salad, Tomato Basil Bruschetta, Mini Margarita pizza, Rice Pilaf, Au gratin Potatoes, Fish Piccata, Herb Parmesan Chicken, Penne Arrabiata with Italian Sausage, Spaghetti Bolognese, Eggplant Lasagne, Tiramisu, Sponge cake with blueberry mint filling, Fresh Fruit
Wednesdays – Caribbean Lunch Buffet. An example of this buffet is: Fried Okra Salad, Callaloo Garden Salad with, Papaya seed dressing, Cassava Chips with Curry Banana dip, Yellow Ginger Vegetable rice, Coconut Sesame seed Chicken, Cilantro Habanero B.B.Q. Fish, Roasted Lamb Leg(Carving Station), Sautéed Curry Vegetables, Rice Pudding, Papaya Upside down Cake, Fresh Fruit.
Thursdays – Turkey & Ham Lunch Buffet. Example: Salad Bar, Potato Salad, Cranberry Sauce, Rice & Beans, Steamed Vegetables, Baked Ham with raisins/pineapple glazed sauce, Baked Turkey, Fried Plantains, Fish Creole, Onion Sauce, Fresh fruit platter, Pumpkin pie and Chocolate cake
Fridays – Mexican Lunch Buffet. Example: Salad Bar, Pineapple Avocado Salad, Shrimp Ceviche, Elote Loco, Veracruz Rice, Turkey Chimole/ Corn Tortilla, Cochinita Pibil, Poblano Fish, Tamales/ Ducunu, Fresh Fruit Platter, Tres Leches & Coconut Flan
Sundays – Sunday Brunch Buffet. Example: Salad bar, Potato salad, Rice & beans, Stewed chicken, B.B.Q Pork chops, Roast beef with mushroom sauce, Pesto fish fillet, Fried plantain, Scrambled eggs, Pancake, Onion sauce, Fresh fruits, Chocolate cupcake, Cheesecake
Lunch and brunch buffets run from 11:30am-2pm. The cost is Bz$29.25 for weekday lunch buffets, tax included. Sunday Brunch Buffet is Bz$42.75, tax included.
Chef Cesar, together with his team of Senior Sous Chef Delvo, Sous Chef Aaron, and the entire Kitchen team of Line Cooks, Banquet Cooks, Prep Cooks, Steward Carlos, and the newly appointed Staff Chef, Jose, a.k.a., “Shaggy”, are focused on being the best through igniting creativity and consistency, and ensuring our food is delicious every time.
