1lb diced chicken breast
1 pack fettuccine
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 C. Lala milk
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- In a pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add fettuccine and let it cook to taste.
- Season chicken, and sauté in butter until cooked.
- Add milk and corn starch.
- Stir until the gravy is thick.
- Simmer and serve on a bed of fettuccine with some bread rolls.
