Pan Seared Tilapia with Shrimp

Pan Seared Tilapia and Shrimps served with Veggie Rice/Fry Plantain


1lb tilapia

½lb shrimp

1lb rice

1 sweet pepper

1 onion

1 carrot


  • Wash rice and place in a pot to cook.
  • Season fish and shrimp.
  • Pan fry the fish for about 2 minutes on each side.
  • Add shrimp to the frying pan, and cook for 1 minute.
  • Sauté vegetables in a small pot.
  • Add vegetables to the rice, and cook for about 2 minutes, or until rice and veggies are properly combined.
  • Let simmer, then serve.
