Pan Seared Tilapia and Shrimps served with Veggie Rice/Fry Plantain
1 sweet pepper
- Wash rice and place in a pot to cook.
- Season fish and shrimp.
- Pan fry the fish for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Add shrimp to the frying pan, and cook for 1 minute.
- Sauté vegetables in a small pot.
- Add vegetables to the rice, and cook for about 2 minutes, or until rice and veggies are properly combined.
- Let simmer, then serve.
