Sea Food Chowder Served with White Rice
½lb fish fillet
1 chopped carrot
1 chopped zucchini
¼lb chopped broccoli
¼Lb chopped cho cho
1 litre milk
Corn Starch (1 pot spoon approx.)
- Wash and cook rice until it is fluffy.
- Combine veggies and boil until they are tender.
- Add seafood to the veggies pot and remove pot from the stove.
- Combine milk, butter, and corn starch in a pot.
- Stir until it is thick. (Season to taste)
- Add veggies and seafood to this mixture.
