Teriyaki Pork Chops
1lb pork chops
¼ C. teriyaki sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
- In a small pot boil potatoes until soft; then mash potatoes with minced garlic, butter, and milk.
- In another small pot steam veggies to your taste.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper, and add some teriyaki sauce. Sauté in frying pan until tender, for about 10 minutes on each side.
- Plate and drizzle with remaining teriyaki sauce.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.
