Teriyaki Pork Chops


1lb pork chops

1lb potatoes

1/2lb cauliflower

1/2lb broccoli

1 carrot

¼ C. teriyaki sauce

Salt & Pepper to taste


  • In a small pot boil potatoes until soft; then mash potatoes with minced garlic, butter, and milk.
  • In another small pot steam veggies to your taste.
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper, and add some teriyaki sauce. Sauté in frying pan until tender, for about 10 minutes on each side.
  • Plate and drizzle with remaining teriyaki sauce.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.
