Honey Sesame Seed Chicken



11/2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast ( Cut into 1” Chunks)

Oil from Deep Frying

4 Tbl sp. Corn Starch

¼ Cup Flour

1 Tsp baking Powder

½ Cup Water

½ Tsp Salt

1 Egg

1 Egg White



11/2 tbl sp. Oil

2 tbls ginger (minced)

3 tblsp. garlic minced

1 tsp Salt

3 tbl sp. Honey

1 teaspoon rice wine vinegars

½ cup water

3 tsp corn starch (mixed with 1 tsp water)

Sesame seed for garnish



·         In a large bowl mix all batter ingredients together until smooth. Cover and allow the batter to sit. Toss chicken.

·         Heat the deep fryer to 350 degrees. Fry chicken bits in patches for 2 minute until cooked through.

·         To make the sauce. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoon of oil in wok. Add garlic and ginger and stir fry f or 3 minutes and mix well.  Mix in honey, rice vinegar, and simmer then combine 1 tsp. of water with of cornstarch. And add to sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.

·         Coat chicken with sauce and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
