Pumpkin Cheese Cake w/ Walnut Sauce

Ingredients
Crust
1 ¾ graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
1 stick melted butter

Filling
3(8ounce) packages cream cheese
1 15 ounce can pureed pumpkin
3 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
¼ Cup sour cream
11/2 Cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
2 tblsp. All purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract

Walnut Sauce

1 Cup packed brown sugar
½ Cup whipping cream
¼ Cup Dark corn syrup
2 Tblsp butter or margarine
Dash salt
