Stuffed Turkey Roll

2 Turkey Breasts
1 Cup Corn
1 Cup Peas
1 Cup Cranberry Sauce
1 Tblsp.Turkey Seasoning
1 Tblsp minced Garlic
1 Tblsp. Complete Seasoning
Pinch of Thyme
Pinch of Black Pepper
1 Cup Bread Crumbs

Preheat the oven to 375 and place wire rack over a foil lined baking sheet.
Butterfly the turkey breast by cutting through the thickest part of the breast. Place the turkey breast between two pieces of foil and flatten. Season the breast with all seasonings.
Mix the turkey trimmings in a bowl: bread crumbs, cranberry , corn , peas, season and toss this mixture to combine these ingredients.
Spread the mixture evenly on the turkey breast.
Roll the breast carefully.
Place the turkey Roulade in a baking pan and put some water inside the pan  so it doesn’t burn.
Serve with mashed sweet potatoes or cubed bread stuffing,

Cubed Bread Stuffing

Cubed bread
½ Cup sweet pepper
½ Cup diced Onion
½ stick butter

Melt butter in pan  on medium heat. Add garlic, sweet pepper, onions, pepper, and season with salt. Sauté until tender. Mix in bread cubes and cook for about 3 minutes.
