Aaron Benguche. Staff member of the month.

Aaron Bengchue hails from the southern town of Punta Gorda. He comes from a large family, and is himself the father of 3 boys and one girl.

His passion for cooking, which he attributes to his mom, continues to grow.  He loves being a role model to the other chefs coming up in the industry. His hobbies are travelling, cooking, and a variety of sports.

Aaron’s advice to those coming up in the same field is, “never be afraid to start from the bottom of the business because you cannot foretell the future in respect to the hospitality industry’.

To keep his talent fresh he follows at current international cooking shows and he reads local and foreign cooking books.

Maintenance Personnel
Strong knowledge of dry wall installation, tile work, and painting
General knowledge in electrical work
Basic knowledge in plumbing, masonry work

Driven Sales Manager
Analyze customers’ need & identify business opportunities
Strong computer skills in various word processing and POS systems
Strong presentation skills via email, face-to-face, and telephone
Creative selling skills, a driven personality, and strong initiative
Experience in sales & marketing with aggressive selling ability
Previous experience in hotel, tourism or travel industry
Outgoing with energetic personality and professional appearance
Fluency in Spanish and/or other languages would be an asset
Willing to work flexible hours and willing to travel

Engaging Social Media Coordinator
Previous experience working with Social Media, displaying an in-depth knowledge & understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants & how to effectively use each one
Maintain active and engaging social presence
Previous graphic design experience
Write and proofread original content
Maintains excellent writing and language skills in English
Proactively identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues
Strong organizational, project management and planning skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
