Good morning! Here’s a lovely view of sunrise from our dock.

Appetizer: Conch chowder

Belizean special:  Shrimp curry served with cilantro rice, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes.

Chef’s special: Pan seared tenderloin topped with our chef’s secret sauce. Served with twice baked potatoes, sautéed carrots, and cauliflower.
