Appetizer: Sautéed calamari with spinach, vegetables, and garlic bread

Belizean special: Stewed chicken served with rice and beans, potato salad, fried plantain, and an onion sauce

Chef’s special: Grilled sirloin steak topped with sautéed onions. Served with a mushroom sauce accompanied by steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes
