Appetizer: Salbutes on a bed of greens with a tomato salsa.

Belizean Special: Breaded fish fillet served with vegetable rice, garden salad, fried plantain, and garlic butter.

Chef’s Special: Sautéed chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese, shrimp, and roasted garlic topped with a creamy basil sauce. Served with steamed vegetables and chef’s potatoes.
