Caribbean Style Lobster Saute

Caribbean Lobster Sauté-0329

Ingredients:

 4 Lobsters

½ cup butter

2 red bell peppers

2 yellow bell peppers

1 green bell pepper

1 onion

6 cloves garlic

1 habanero pepper

1 tablespoon sherry

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon parley flakes

1 tablespoon cilantro

Method:

Remove lobster out of the shell and cut into chunks. Melt butter and sauté hopped garlic, onion, bell peppers and cilantro.

Add the lobster chunks and hot pepper and sauté. Add the sherry.

Finish with the lemon juice and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!!
