Roast Duck in Orange sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Duck
  • 2 Cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1½ Tbsps Cilantro
  • 1lb Yellow Rice
  • 2 tsps Complete Seasoning

Preparation:

Clean duck. Marinate in complete seasoning for 30 minutes. Bake for 2 hours at 350°. Remove from oven, pour in the orange juice. Add cilantro and bay leaf, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve hot. Accompaniment suggestions: Yellow rice and Garden Salad.
