Seafood Spaghetti

1 pack spaghetti
1 Head garlic
½ Cup olive oil
1 cup fresh tomato diced
4 whole shrimp
½ conch
½ stick butter
½ Cup Parmesan cheese
½ Cup basil

1. Cook pasta for 10 to 8 mins drain

2. In a pan with olive oil, sauté garlic, tomato and seafood.

3. Salt & pepper to taste.

4. Combine pasta and seafood and continue sauté process for approximately 2-3 minutes.

Plate and sprinkle with Parmasean cheese and serve with a side of garlic bread.
