Beef and mushroom


3 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1 ½ pound beef stir loin
1 cup tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup red wine
1 cup bell pepper
Vegetables ¼ cup carrot
¼ cup zucchini
½ cup broccoli
½ cup


1. Cut beef into strips.

2. In a large skillet over medium/high, heat the olive oil and brown beef strips with the garlic.

2. Add mushroom and tomato sauce and red wine. Salt & pepper to taste and cook for 30 mins or until beef strips are tender.

**Add a little more wine while cooking if deserved.

Serve with sauteed carrot, zucchini and broccoli.
