Crab Stuffed Pork Chops

On this week’s edition of Creative Caribbean Cooking, Chef Ainsley takes center stage and he creates a meat lovers feast, Crab Stuffed Pork Chops . This one brought out the carnivore in all of us!

Crab Stuffed Pork Chops


1 lb pork chops
4 lbs crab meat
7 fresh chopped garlic
½ lb butter
1 beet
1 cup cashew
1 small onion
1 small sweet pepper
4 teaspoon all purpose season
1 banana leaf

1. Season pork chops with garlic and all purpose season, then wrap in banana leaf and bake to perfection

2. Boil beet for 15 minutes then chop, add to crab meat in melted butter, onions and spinach, then stuffed in pork chops. Served hot.
