Naked Lobster In Tequila & Herbs
1whole lobster tail
1 bread fruit
1. Season lobster with salt, black pepper and garlic, then sauté with garlic butter, herbs, cilantro, lime juice, and a dash of tequila for 10 minutes.
2. Served with bread fruit and steamed callaloo.
