Grilled Chicken w/ Steamed Vegetables

Grilled Chicken with Steamed Vegetables & Green Salad

Serves: 2


1 lb chicken breast

½ lb lettuce

½ cherry tomato

½ lb beets

½ lb Baby carrot

1 Red bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

½ lb Brussels sprout

1 corn

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 cup vinaigrette dressing


Wash chicken breast and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle olive oil on chicken then put to grilled.
Mix lettuce, cherry tomato, bell pepper in a bowl
Put water in a pot medium heat and place carrot to cook for 5 minutes then put in Brussels sprout, corn beets cook until tender.
